Home cooks who want steaks and poultry done right—without guessing
When the pan is hot and the steak is searing, you need a number—not a guess. Instant, precise readings let you pull steaks and poultry before they overcook or stay underdone, so weeknight plates stay consistent.
Know the center, not the crust
Fast sensing tells you what is happening inside the thickest part while the surface still looks perfect.
Pull on time
Clear temperature helps you stop cooking at the doneness you planned instead of cutting to check.
Same result, next steak
Use it on steaks, poultry, and more so dinner is measured, not hoped for.
Indoor board
Outdoor grill
One compact reader from the board to the grill
Keep the same thermometer in reach whether you are finishing a steak indoors or checking poultry over the grates. Fast sensing and an easy-read display travel with you—no second gadget for weekend cookouts.
Indoor: probe at the board while juices rest on the plate.
Outdoor: the same compact reader at the grill for steaks and more.
Probe, read, rest
A short rhythm while you cook: measure the thickest part, watch the easy-read display, then rest the meat with the number you wanted.
-
1
Probe the thickest part
Slide the digital probe into the center of the steak or poultry—away from bone—so you measure the slowest-cooking spot.
-
2
Read the display
Glance at the clear screen for an instant temperature so you can decide whether to keep cooking or pull the pan.
-
3
Rest with the number you wanted
Once the reading matches your plan, rest the meat. You already measured; you do not need to slice it open to check.
